Spent hundreds on their overpriced…

Spent hundreds on their overpriced cleansers unnecessary toners, and moisturizers. $34 for a 3.4 fluid oz. bottle of cleanser is ridiculous when cleansing should be the most basic cheap part of your routine. Better to get cleansers that are affordable, gentle on the skin. Also this overly expensive brand is fear inducing with the term “non-toxic!”

Unprofessional

They send a lot of spam mail. Any time I decide to purchase shampoo in the last 1.5 years they're always out of stock. Never seen a shampoo in stock. You would think that a real business would figure how to scale and make larger quantities if they know that there is a demand. Makes them look unprofessional

Untrustworthy company that is out to just get your money

I'm always looking for soy free products and I thought I had found my holy grail with 100 Percent pure. I've been purchasing from them since 2016.

Rewards program: They had a rewards program before where you can get a full sized product after you have accumulated a certain number of points. It was a really nice perk for those of us who are loyal to the brand. Once they had more of a following and were getting bigger, they completely phased that out and opted for their "purist perk" program, which is a crock of bull. You still accumulate points, but you get maybe $5 off after several hundred points. Honestly it isn't even worth it. And a lot of companies would offer a special discount of a product for your birthday and I've been waiting for years for them to transition over. I have literally emailed them 3 or 4 years in a row about additional points for my birthday or some sort of perk. Their responses were always, "we are transitioning to our points system" (for 3 years now. Maybe they need better management if it takes them 3 years to transition), or they just don't respond at all.

Price and quality: Their prices have steadily gone up and the quality has not matched. I don't see any noticeable difference in my skin when I used their skin care products and their makeup fades quickly. No staying power at all. Their products are expensive (think $50 for foundation) and there are companies out there that has better quality for the same price.

Personalized attention: Recently they sent out an email about a video consultation program to have one of their consultants have a one-on-one session with you to guide you in how to put on make up or how to use their skin care products. I was a few minutes late to the consultation and when I got there, I just sat there for 10 minutes waiting. NO ONE CAME. They emailed and said that they waited for 5 minutes. OK. RIGHT.

Honestly, there are now more and more companies that are more savvy about toxicity of ingredients and allergens that I don't need to purchase from this company again.
